My name is Kira Lynne and I am a Registered Professional Counsellor, Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling, life coach, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, reiki master and teacher, life skills coach, facilitator, educator, writer, meditator, mindful eater, lover of life, food, freedom and joy.

My diverse personal experience and education have given me a unique understanding of the importance of treating the whole person. My practice is based on the belief that whether we are seeking a boost to reach optimal health and mental/emotional wellness, or whether we wish to reduce the suffering so that we can live happy and purposeful lives, we need to look after our bodies, minds and spirits. By neglecting one element, we may miss an important piece of what is needed to reach our goals.
